1. Acceptance

By creating an account on PickemCentral, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

PickemCentral is a free social pick'em app for friend groups. Users make predictions on NFL and NBA games and see group standings. The app includes Survivor League (NFL regular season), NFL Playoff Pickem, and NBA Playoff Pickem.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content (including profile photos)
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the app

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the iOS app.

5. Payments and Prizes

PickemCentral does not process any payments, entry fees, or prizes within the app. The app displays standings and rankings only. Any monetary arrangements between users happen entirely outside this app on external platforms (such as Venmo or cash) at users' own discretion. PickemCentral is not responsible for any such arrangements.

6. Disclaimer

PickemCentral is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PickemCentral after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
